Mini Review #9: Star Trek DS9 "Battle Lines" and "The Storyteller" (Patreon)

I gotta say, I really liked Battle Lines. Watching Kira become a lot more vulnerable and emotional was really touching to watch and gave her character much more depth. I really enjoyed Opaka as well and when she came back from the dead it was pretty cool. Also, the whole nano bots keeping everyone alive but they can never leave their war was a really cool concept and also a great analogy for Kira as a character. Sisko was also cool this episode.

The Storyteller was also pretty epic with its huge cotton candy looking flying beast and O'Brien's disliking for Bashir. My favourite parts however, were the moments with Jake and Nog. They work so well together and the moment where Nog throws oatmeal on Jake before they burst out laughing was truly heartwarming to watch. A very fun episode to watch!
