These are two good first episodes. Not all are this good but you get one of the best episodes of TV near the end of the season as a reward for getting through it. Garak will be back but not for awhile. The actor playing Garak is the villain from Dirty Harry. In his backstory he made for the character he made Garak gay so all the scenes with Dr. Bashir he played it like he was flirting with him. The writers didn’t go that route (it was the 90s). The Nog and Jake scenes always crack me up because the actor playing Nog was twice as old as the actor playing Jake.

One correction Ollie: That guy is not called "Frank" - his name is "Morn". He appears in 96 episodes of Deep Space Nine and one of them even revolves around him. Other characters refer to him as being extremely chatty and talkative. But you... Well, hear for yourself. ;)
