Yes season 4 was confirmed and there probably will be at least a season 5 maybe more. The creators said they had a story arc for 5 or 6 seasons. Plus this was the number 1 rated show on netflix when it was released. This is by far one of the best written shows. Characters are developed with motivations erc. The creators stated they didn't want a stark black vs white but different shades of grey. Thats why you sympathize with Tory but you can see her actions as very bad

I love that the creators took the time to make everyone have a grey side to them. Even Daniel who most people may write as just the hero of the story has a lot of flaws
