Making another villainous character for Esmeralda's gang. Canda, in particular, is her answer to Chai. He is responsible for planning out all the gang's heists and keeping the accounts set straight. He is as rude as he is efficient and has a bad habit of chain smoking.  If anybody owes cash, expect him to collect.

Becomia Type | Candle Body
He has the power to turn into a living candle, with a body made out of pure melted wax and a fiery wick on his head. This makes him almost intangible, but this wick is weakness. Put it out, and he turns back to normal.
