Remember that APE just suddenly appeared one day, and has until this point in time existed only for like half a century to century max, so since the princess is the only Klaxo SAPIENS still active (the others morphed to the magma energy & the mechas etc, so they are basically not truly sapient anymore obviously, just military hardware & fuel basically), and she has been soloing some 60 million years, half a century is literally shit, she probably didn't even notice APE in such a short timespan, assuming she even had any real monitoring network system going on on the surface to begin with (didn't seem that she did, otherwise she prolly could have automated that shit so they alert her if the network detects anything that could be VIRM). Why would the governments believe her anyway? She has no 100% concrete proof on her claims, especially when she's the only member of her species left etc, especially when compared to her APE is benefiting them constantly, while she's NOT. Also imagine almost getting BTFO by a fucking SCOUT fleet (+ 2 Saboteur/commando spec ops mfs doing the wetwork feet on the "ground" before the scout fleet arrives), not even the main fleet or 100% of the enemy combat forces

"If better decision were made in the past it would've turned out so much better." I mean, isn't that basically every Anime/Game plot? If some different decision would've been made, bad things could've been prevented. Or not even bad things, but for example romcom's, if they would make some different decisions we would get way faster to the finish line. But even aside from that, like Historical moments, if better decisions would've been made, really really bad things could've been prevented. But that's life, it's all a learning experience. Even in our private lifes, if you do something new you afterwards could easily think "yeah, now that i know that, i know how i can do that better the next time.
