The thing about Kisaki in this situation is that he's desperate. So much has happened that he didn't account for, and this isn't the first time he's decided to kill the person closest to the one he's manipulating. Same idea as with Draken. He probably figures Izana is far enough gone, and he has the fall back of Izana ordering the executives to kill Kakucho. Mikey and Draken coming to join the fight was not in his plan, and he definitely wasn't expecting Izana to lose to Mikey one on one. He can't lose this fight, or else he loses his human shields. Mikey knows he killed his sister. His plan to take over Toman with Mikey still in it doesn't work if Mikey isn't broken, and what happened to Emma wasn't enough. Without Izana to back him up, he's got no choice, but to give up and run for his life. Honestly I love watching his plans being torn to shreds in real time. Still wish Hina got in a few punches on him somehow though. That would make me week!
