Clearly he ate the Weather Weather no Mi. After all as per Asian mythology, dragons can control the weather, it's one of their baseline powers regardless of which dragon it is doing it, in addition to a bunch of other magic shit etc

The white snail is always sad because nobody will ever use it for imitating their voice & facial movements, because it's one of those specialist type snails that has a telepathic equivalent of Encryption, so other than designated receiver snails can't telepathically pick up its transmission even if within the range between Baltigo & Kamabakka (incidentally, the black manlet snail that Kizaru was wearing on his wrist in Sabaody is a type of wireless wiretapping specialist as well, it essentially works in an inverse type of way, but has far less range than the white one does, so you'd have to be within an island distance or so from either end of the telepathic beaming)

When Mihawk left the war, which was when Shanks came, Moria was still good. That's why Mihawk is confused, because only we se viewer saw how Doflamigo attack Moria with the Pacifista. And at the beginning of One Piece when Zoro talked about Mihawk they said that he is called Mihawk because he has razor sharp eye. Which makes sense, since Hawks have really good eyes, they can see stuff like their pray/food in Grass. And Hawks can fly up to like 10,000 to 15,000ft high in the sky from where they have to see their pray/food. And we saw that in Marinefort, where Luffy ran away from Mihawk and Mihawk could still see Luffy running through all the War that was going on. Real Life Parites often had some weird/silly Names, that were based on Characterisitcs or their looks. So Strawhat makes sense, or "Buggy the Clown". For real life examples. "Stede Bonnet the Gentleman Pirate" got his name because he was a moderately wealthy landowner before turning to a life of crime. Edward Teach was called Blackbeard, because he had a Blackbeard. Or Captain Kid: Eustass Kid surname has been taken from Eustace the Monk, a French pirate, known as a mercenary. The name "Kid" was inspired by a Scottish pirate known as William "Captain" Kidd, who was executed for his piracy And last, when Zoro fought Hawkeye he was fine, he had no major wound, but got a big wound from Hawkeye across his chest. And right after they went to Arlong where he couldn't really fight properly because of that wound. When Arlong removed the bandages whe was in shock how Zoro was able to stand and fight with wounds like that.

2:40 For the people who don't remember, Moria was intercepted by Doflamingo and a few Pacifista at the end of the war, with Doflamingo saying he got orders to execute Moria from people with a lot of authority in the world government. Indeed, we never saw the end to that fight though, so maybe Moria is still alive... we can't say for certain.
