Heaven's Feel is the 3rd Magic. W/ capital M, to denote difference from mere magecraft that post-Age of Gods mages are able to use due to the diminishment of passive atmospheric mana qualities due to the disappearance of the passive presences of all the myriad of global gods etc. It basically converts all Humans into 100% pure Souls, i.e shedding the meatbag vessels, leaving only behind existence as Souls, i.e energy lifeforms essentially that are immortal because unlike the meatbags, Souls don't decay over time. By making all Humans into Perfect Lifeforms, he can bring Salvation as this removes death, and all negative shit that has plagued Humans since the dawn of time.
