At the end when that guy says he'll start a newspaper to expose the government its institutions like that that finally got the Japanese government to admit to how they really did screw that general over and frame him in history. (The general that is their mentor was a real historical figure and that event actually did happen.)

Kinda funny how Sano is like I want to live in a way my captain will be proud of... And he's literally a bum that leeches off people and doesn't get a job. lol

Now that you've gotten a sneak peak at the whole Shishio bit, next episode is when things supposedly start to pick up the pace. Though, I am curious as to how this reboot is going in terms of remaining content from the source material. This series was initially slated to only run 24 episodes in total, with no confirmation yet of if/when it will continue... so they only have 5 episodes remaining to get to the good stuff... unless of course they end it on a cliffhanger, with a season renewal in mind.
