Izana definitely knew about what Kisaki was going to do since Kakucho said he didn't condone them murdering someone, aka Emma. Also, I'm not saying it wasn't a dumb move, but in that situation with the bike, Takemichi saw the person who literally tried to shot him in the future coming right at him with a metal bat. I'd have panicked and freezed up too. Plus, he doesn't know as much as this incident as the other ones. He and Naoto didn't have time to fully research this stuff. He knew when Draken, Baji and Kazutora were supposed to die, and Taiju because of Naoto. Emma could have died any time from that moment to years into the future for all Takemichi knew. He wasn't even sure that she was dead in the future for certain. It just entered his head that that was a possibility. Agreed that this was a good episode overall though. Mikey's dream caused me physical pains in my chest. This whole arc is horrifying in the manga and so far in the anime because Takemichi doesn't have Naoto to fall back on, or the future to spy on. It's also one of my favourite of the series though. Can't wait to see your reaction to next week's episode!

From this episode i’ve taken away 2 things: 1. If the episode starts with a flashback of a character and they skip the OP, that character is getting clapped. 2. Kiasaki deserves the most inconceivable and gruesome death. And i’m packing up his family in front of him
