When they told us about the dragon monarchs, they showed us three figures. One of them is crimson, one is ultimatia, I figure. Each probably being the progenitor of their own bloodline.

Not rly. For one, Crimson listed SIX bloodlines in his intro episode, so they all have Monarchs. Since Crimson & Ultimatia are both technically Monarch-grade dragons of the Wings bloodline (Ultimatia replacing his ass after he went psycho & rebelled against the Dragon God (who seems to be a loli w/ just as child-like mind if her playing w/ those 5 y/o kid building blocks is anything to go by. No wonder she threw a temper tantrum when the place that made her favorite cakes or w/e got bankrupt due to being robbed a while back, and she was like "eh who cares, destroy it all, sob sob teary eyes")), so at most that's 1 other bloodline Monarch besides Ultimatia, w/ 4 other Monarchs unknown visuals wise (assuming the 3rd one in the visual is actually a Monarch-grade Superior Dragon that is)

The Monarchs are the progenitors, and like it was mentioned in this episode there are different dragon bloodlines each with their own progenitors. Also the Monarchs are under the Dragon God who Crimson is trying to kill.
