They talked about Kadeomeshi last week...its that thing Chisato says Japanese students do and when she told someone he decided he wanted to that as well. I think Verionica is a bit Narcissistic and sees people as subservient and beneath her but she also doesn't wish to mistreat them and is being as kind as she knows how to be given her upbringing, that being said she probably sees Philomila as more a pet that she rescued (Or is trying to rescue as much as she can) from a cruel handler than a person. I honestly did not expect Rian to actually be talented but not realize it and think he's "average" but it honestly tracks with people that are gifted but not quite genius yet also dense.

Veronica mentioned that everyone in her narrative except for Philomela was a villain, and that was including Veronica herself. It feels like a situation where Veronica would lose her status or something important to her if she doesn't position herself in high regard, as in she trapped herself with her family knowing the villainous nature of the prestigious front. Also Veronica seems to more about watching someone who was reflecting similar issues as hers while not able to solve neither of their issues as she brought Philomela in as her servant.
