We can't get into it just yet, but there are types of haki and some are more rare than others. You'll learn more about it later.

You can have Multiple Snake-Snake Fruits, or Cat-Cat fruits, and what not, they are just different models. Such as Marigold is Model King Cobra, and Sandersonia was Mondel Anaconda. Same 'Base' Fruit, different Model (Species/Breed) of snake. As for Luffy, it has been stated by Enel back in skypea, Luffy is a Paramecia(Paramythia). That category of fruit is basically anything that doesn't belong in Zoan (Animal Transformations) or Logia (Physical embodiment of elements). So Luffy, Robin, and Brook are all Paramecia, while Chopper is a Zoan.

I think the look that luffy had at 40:18 is very similar to how Gol D. Roger looked like, just without beard. I always thought it was super badass. Such a Epic moment when you see it the first time. Can't wait for the next Episodes. It's about to get really good.

Luffy fruit is a parametia type and it give the person who eat it rubber It's one of the comon df type like Buggy foxy and most of the df user have

Zoan fruits are generic types where the MODEL suffix determines the uniqueness factor of a series of X Zoan DFs. So basically all Human-Human series models are Human-Human DFs, but they can only be 1 each type etc, just like how Dog-Dog DFs would have tons of different canids in it, as well as Snake-Snake DFs here as well
