Actually its the opposite Kenshin was saying that are NOT alike because the Oniwabu group fights for the sake of fighting rather than fighting to defend the values they believe in, or just for the sake of competitiveness. (Which he goes on to say right after you start talking, you have a bad habit of talking over and missing important information.)

I am not super fond of Kanyru's speech, basically its makes it seem like instead of hard work for power you can short cut with money, which implies that getting and more importantly KEEPING said Money is not itself hardwork and a hustle.
