You might remember the Zabaniya Noble Phantasm from Strange Fake, which the Assassin in it was using to merc all the followers of that nutjob dude (and one of his hearts too of course, he was the first to get clapped by her when Summoned after all). Of course it didn't visually show her pulling the heart, but they died bloody regardless of the visuals anyway, much the same way as we see here
