Basically the Grail is either a Nuke, or a Nuclear Reactor, depending on how you utilize it. This is what happens when you beat the shit out of a literal nuke, causing it to detonate prematurely, without being possible to be utilized in any other way, like you'd normally want to use it as a Nuclear Reactor to fuel you w/ god-tier mana to execute any process you wish for (of course the wish could be wanting to use it as a nuke depending, so it'd in that instance detonate like you see here as well, but in a more co-ordinate way, thus far more massive scale, potentially global even depending on how exactly the wish was utilized by the winner) Also big oof mommy got some big boi brain damage from getting choked tf out it seems

Fun fact the grail actually getting corrupted by angry mango so that why which ever won an got a wish it will 100% fuck something up. The normal grail can grant kiritsugu a miracle without consequence kill of everyone, it just sad that he been grind his ass for just a curse cup

The ending feels weird, because Fate/Zero is a prequel which was written after the main work, the Visual Novel Fate/stay night with its 3 routes. So, the ending was already set in stone from the beginning. In fact, the countdown that is shown after each episode reached zero in this episode, when Kiritsugu saved Shirou's life - that is the event the countdown was for! Fate/zero's reason to exist is basically to explain the circumstances under which Shirou was resuced by Kiritsugu :D

I want to say 2 things 1) If you suddenly didn’t know, Guinevere, about whom Lanselot spoke to Artoria, this is the wife of Arthur, queen Guinevere, with whom Lanselot had an affair and they tried to escape together. And when this happened, Arthur chased Lancelot and left his son Mordred to rule, who in turn raised a rebellion and it all ended with the fall of Camelot, Arthur killed his son on the hill on which she found herself at the end of the episode and soon Arthur died from his wounds 2) It's not mentioned in Zero or in Stay night. But in the very last scene where Kiritsugu was talking to Shirou. Then, after Shirou said that he would become a hero in his place, Kiritsugu closed his eyes and died in front of him. But he was so calm that Shirou thought he was just asleep. This event plus rescue from the fire left a very deep trauma on his psyche, which will be the next series.

Fate zero is just as great as i remember it to be 9/10, Can't wait for UBW, the story is not as good but the fight's animation and some of the new characters is amazing
