Apparently some of subplots got adjust ed/rearranged (like in 16:28 when Chise sniffs Stella) since those subplots aren't going to develop in this 12-episodes season; however, there are bigger plots in the College arc, and more character developments for Chise and Elias (I haven't read the manga post S1 but my friend does.) Also, "Waku Waku" in 13:57 (Chise's VA has also performed as Anya.)
