Lots of friendships break in high school from relationship drama. It's nice to see when someone doesn't get jealous and hateful, true friendship.

The Momotaro episode is pretty much the "filler" episode that you find in older series that run more than 12 episodes in a season. Some anime still have them in recent years (even with only 12-13 episodes), but at least they're no longer as common compared to the older shows.
