Good episode, I wish our male lead would've acted more direct gradually on the past 3 to 4 episodes but at least it had a good ending for a rom show.

Yup, definitely the end of the fourth book. The anime was worse than the books, for sure though. Doesn't feel like we'll get another season, but that might be for the best, as the next books don't feel like they would work as an anime as well.

It was a good series, but the confession definitely lacked compared to the one in the books.

This was both the worst and the best episode at the same time so far, like this is what i hate about the the most beautiful girl in the school trope is that people think they decide who can be with her and it can't be the "loser" of the class, and the ones that like her starts calling the dude shit and that they are better, but at the same time i loved how she destroyed the dude that called him dull, i hope it get's a second season for this was the best romance of the season by FAR 8/10

A good season for romance anime. With Angel and Tomo both with the rare 1st Season confession also Angel and Nagatoro ending with appropriate hugs even though I wished for more

I think that’s fair, personally i’d give this an 8 and tomo an 8.5 this season has just been real good for a whole lot of shows.. that's also another thing though, there's still one more episode of tomo so it could hit that 9/10 territory

This was a pretty good anime overall. I'd say this and Tomo are neck and neck for top romcom this season. I'm also of the opinion that a season 2 would be cool... but, honestly, if they left it at this, I'd still be content. If not a full season continuation, it would have been nice if they did a Tomo and have 1 more episode after the confession to wrap up the story a bit more... give viewers a glimpse of what Amane and Mahiru are like after they finally made things official. And maybe even show how school life would change between them after they finally make their relationship public (at least more public than what Mahiru has already declared anyway).
