Yeah Part 2 of TLoU is just... not good. Specially if you liked this translation of the first game, if they try to adapt what comes next, you'll hate it, primarily due to execution.

I get that there's some... hate for the 2nd game, but considering they've made liberties of changing or adding to the way they adapted the first game in these 9 episodes, I'm still giving them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they'll change the 2nd game adaptation enough to not make people hate on it too much. To make the next season work, they'd definitely need to cast the perfect actress to fit the role of Abby, considering how she's probably the least liked character in the game. Then they might need to tweak how the ending went, since that was also a common complaint of most people. We'll just have to wait and see how the continuation goes.

Btw that was a real Giraffe not cg they said they got a trained giraffe and green screened the enclosure and fed it. My last thing I will say about the series is that I wish that had used more parts with the infected. There was not nearly enough of their presence, but ultimately I look at it this way, the show was a really good advertisement for why you should go play the game. Or watch somebody play the game if you suck at gaming. I know a lot of people hate the 2nd game, but I'm not one of them. I can be critical of the game and I definitely think it has it's flaws in the story. But I think if they change things around a bit, which they have already teased that they will be doing, and rearrange the narrative to a more linear narrative instead of cutting back and forth between flashbacks, then I think it will do well. Starting the story off the way the 2nd game did was what I think really hurt things. There are 2 stories being told, and you need to make that clear and up front.
