Thanks for the reaction ! Btw the soldiers said that they didn’t have good ressources in terms of war weapons so they couldn’t even reach the other side’s front line, let alone hurt them. That’s why the war went on for so long : one side didn’t lose a lot of soldiers and the other side had an immortal regiment

20:40 It kinda makes sense why she would feel that way though from her ptsd. Her presence in that ship gave Mori (and probably his higher ups at that time) the opportunity to constantly exploit her ability to exploit the lives of the soldiers.

Ranpo is 26 in the present and I think he was like 15 when saving Yosano. He was 14 during the first arc of this season.

I was expecting you'd notice the raincoat mannequin that was in the background window at 24:37 when it started attacking them I think this was a pretty hype episode.. Regardless of your whole conspiracy theory going on that it had to be someone from the agency or elsewhere.. Tachihara really did a good job blending in really well as a side character, that nobody would've noticed whatever subtle hint was being dropped until now that he could be the undecover agent. So pretty crazy twist for me at least.

one thing to notice that makes me shudder is elise. in the past we see she’s more a mindless assistant and is made to look like an adult, but after he meets and loses yosano, mori makes her much younger looking (say, 11 maybe) and gives her a personality quite similar to what he “liked” in yosano. gross.
