This is actually why most source material readers prefer Index to the other Toaru POV variants, because the author is far better at occult lore than he is about scientific theories (how ever theoretical they may be at current state up to & including pseudoscience theory etc), as can be seen during many nitpicky scenarios on Railgun etc where the author fucked up the science behind X point
