I like how they do the kill silently, just the sound of Naginata stabbing the tatami, done. It seems that they really try to give a lot of hints in this episode before their reveal. Shinpei mentioned Karikiri went to Tokyo for game event last year but he himself seems surprised, he should be in the funeral by the time during the fight in kobamart, he is a split family from Sou's family and has a brother, he didn't have the burn mark on his hand...etc. Now after the reveal all these hints come back into one conclusion, and that cause the the silent kill.
