I love how this show, despite it focusing most on the medicine aspect, still has decent animation when it comes to the small magic battles they sprinkled into the show. This is probably my favorite Isekai show this season... even above Overlord S4, at least for now. When Overlord ramps it up in terms of the plot, maybe it'll change by then. Also, that detail with Farma talking with the Empress about "experiencing death once before" really looked sus... especially since the show intentionally layered over Farma's character with the MC pharmacist who originally died of overwork... as the Empress was staring at him. Maybe I'm just overthinking but it almost made it seem like the show was alluding to the fact that maybe the Empress was his little sister who died young, and got reincarnated in that world. I could be wrong but that twist, if true, would be whack af.

Really enjoying this show. Always appriciate a good dad in anime, and it's refreshing to have science in a fantasy based isekai. Also really enjoyed the reaction - and yeah it is hype to watch him come up with these common medicines :) I'm watching these reactions at the hospital to pass time, and finish my monthly treatment - so I guess it's a fitting show :P
