I think it was previously mentioned that Tohru and Ilulu should be around the same age. It's just that Ilulu was forced to "grow up faster" because of what was happening between the dragons and the humans at the time, plus the war between the different dragon factions. So Ilulu never got to fully experience her "childhood" to the fullest

I love the donut scene in ep3, you can see how sisterly Kanna and Ilulu are over the donuts and that Ilulu has essentially become the older sister/daughter of the family.

The Unicorn Virgin thing, Unicorns are creatures of purity and do not allow non-virgins to ride them. If you remember Albedos Bicorn it was the opposite issue as Bicorns are creatures of impurity and do not allow "pure maidens" to ride them (sorry Albedo)

Last Ep Tohru mention that Ilulu is slighlty younger then her - Kana is a child like but still older then Saikawa. Unicorns can only be ride by virgins Nea always plays in "character" while wearing her maid outfit. So she gve herself an english name to fit her role
