This ended in a satisfying way. Sword girl finally joins the party (sadly with baggage) and there's a new goal to accomplish next. If there is a third season, I'll be happy. If not, I plan to pick up the LNs anyways. A solid 8/10 for me just for how much fun it was to watch!

One thing I found Arifureta very interesting compare with other isekai LN is that the author keep updating the "after stories" on the web novel site. The basic story (web version) ends 2015 but nowadays the author still writing new after stories. Talk about how those characters live their new lives, new encounters...etc. Normal isekai is like "OK the final boss is dead and THE END" but arifureta stories just keep going. I am glad to see more after stories about these characters.

Tio

If you finished LNs main story bro. go for after story that author wrote.

There are 7 labyrinths in total.

Should be later, I am re-reading the LN right now and at this point Shea and Nagumo didn't sleep with each other yet.

The reason Noints body is better is because with it Kaori has a higher mana capacity, can manipulate mana directly (like Nagumo, Yue and Shea) and it is physically enhanced (+ wings, so she can fly)

Oscar Orcus, Miledi Reisen, Gruen, Melusine, Barn, those they have already cleared (in order). Those I remembered their first name, I added it, since that shouldn't be a spoiler. We know of Haltina as well, that's also the one they are now traveling to. The last one I won't say, since other do read it too, so avoiding spoiler

about the "space beam" iirc in the novel he decimated the enimes still outside the city, so the laser didn't destroy the city, just the outskirts.

Kouki does have the "hero"-title bestowed when summoned, so yeah, he is "special". His personality is a bit "special" as well, he is completely convinced, that his worldview of right and wrong is the only right way. He always tries to fit the situation to his world building, like he always tries to find fault in Nagumo because Nagumos view of the world totally contradict his.

Fusssel

I just went with the practical reasons there, since the other points are personal preferences. But I won’t deny them 😉

Depends on how quickly they go through the rest of it, but if they don't try to sprint to the finish and skip whole arcs yeah at least 2 more seasons worth of content. Vol 12 is supposed to be the final volume. And each volume is thick as hell. Arifureta is probably the tallest and thickest of all of the LN series I own. And that's saying something because Slime is a chunky read.
