Made by Shaft. very well known for deep visuals that by itself can tell a story. Masters of "Chekovs Gun" Look it up. you may need to watch these 2 episodes again and take in everything. things happen for a reason. pay attention especially to the expressions of characters as it tells more than what they are actually saying. The Opening does have spoilers, but makes no sense without any context. so its mostly safe. With great power, comes with Great [responsibilities]. Power=responsibility in context of these 2 episode for 1 wish, become a magical girl ?=power i'll leave it at that.

The director made the OP in such way that you wont get Spoiler of the story or hints where it will go anime is 11 years old so chancens are high that you see Mami cosplays ^^ body langauge is important to some characters as what they say and react is different, Really love the story as it was written by Gen Urobuchi one of the best authors for original anime Music is done by Yuki Kajiura also one of the best in her genre Madoka voiced by Aoi Yuki what is funny as her newer roles are so diferent

As trippy as things get in the series, the movie is just nuts. You'll have no idea WTF is going on for a good 40 minutes or so and for once it won't just be because you are stupid. I kid I kid, probably :P :P FYI, in case you didn't know, you only need to react to the 3rd Movie (Rebellion), the first two are basically just the series, albeit with some changes and additions.

Yeah it honestly took a while in that episode to figure out who was Aoi Yuki, she sounded so different. Lots of good people worked on this one
