I skipped the recap... I liked Goblin's Crown though, it was solid, but still felt like any other quest in season 1...

the movie is like Mugen train in Deamon Slayer pretty much a long episode and canon . So S2 will start where this movie ends. Also the women noble will be a re appearing char like Sword Maide: Every arc will have Goblins but we will start to see new locations and some development

Damn dude. This man can't just start slaying some non-goblins? None the less, I want to see more development. I didn't love the movie since really it just felt like a long episode.

That actually makes a ton of sense... I just thought they were chasing because they are goblins and they rape, kill and pillage 🤷‍♂️

Personally, I do kinda ship the Priestess and Goblin Slayer (though any of the ships, particularly him and either Cow Girl or Guild Girl, would be cute). I think its bc with how the story is going and which characters interact with who in what ways. Priestess was really the first one to inspire any kind of change in Goblin Slayer. After he met her is when he started to gain personal development, especially with communication and interpersonal relationships. He has a deeper relationship with her because of that, so that's what makes him being with her make so much sense. Unfortunately for the other two main ships, they have other pre-existing relationships with him that would probably prevent them from entering a romantic relationship with him. For Guild Girl, he most likely sees her in a strictly professional relationship. For Cow Girl, she's a childhood friend, and the closest to actual family Goblin Slayer has so he probably only sees her as a friend/sister.
