Either she's teasing the hell out of him in this episode, or she's really so innocent herself that she doesn't realize how she's affecting this poor man, But I'm starting to think she's just innocent/oblivious judging from how she reacted to him saying she was beautiful.

i also didn't expect him to call her beautiful until much later. but it's also comforting that we have his feeling out on the table like this too. you know what!? Gojo's beautiful too. i want them to be happy so god-damn badly.

that thigh thing was gojo's name, because "shizuku" would have her partner's name there as some sign of who that area "belongs" too or something like that

ok i read up on it now, apparently it also is a tally of the number of "uses" . remember that the game was about a humiliation club they probably will translate it in a uncensored blu ray

Okay, so the thigh writing is just a way of counting 1-5. That's why Crunchyroll translated it as tally marks. Some translators like to just make one-panel jokes at the end of chapters which is where the whole "Property of Gojou" confusion comes from. Some people didn't get the joke I guess, so just know it's only a way of counting it doesn't really say anything. https://i.imgur.com/en8HCG4.png Is a link to the explaination at the end of the chapter.
