I feel your comment. I read the LN and im still not sure how to feel about this series. Fights are secondary and slice off life is more of a focus. But since i have no life, besides anime and LN, i think i will keep reading it haha Also i saw you want to react to danmachi. I believe you will love it waaayyy more than any show you are currently watching :) Just my 2 cents :D

when it comes to humans in fantasy settings. a lot of other races "tend" to not like humans because we're wild-cards. when you meet an orc, elf, dwarf, even a dragon, you have a good idea of what they're gonna act like. but humans can be kind or cruel, virtuous or lazy, religious zealots or god killers and everything in between. i'd be nice if we could all get along. but it's fun to watch the drama when we don't. that's fantasy, baby :D

Actually Leadale was the first such story on shousetsu ni narou. the sub genre progenitor if you will of the stuck in an vrmmorpg thing so really overlord and Sao copied laedale not the other way round.
