This is one of my top anime/manga. It is actually very accurate to historical events in Europe while applying them through the lens of a fantasy isekai. The Rhine is a river leading through the Netherlands south past Austria. It is a major point in the World Wars as it is a major barrier between Germany and its largest continental threat, France. Calling Tanya the Devil of the Rhine is a direct focus on that.
