I think Kimiko's Sign language isn't realy sign language. She basically made it up herself with her brother to communicate. Since she got abducted as kid and made a supe and because of that she lost the ability to talk. So, since she was in a terrorist army there was no way for her to actually learn real sign language. Homelander is in Mortal Kombat, but he isn't voice by Antony Starr. But I guess the main reason why they didn't put MK in this episode is because Homelander is the only character in MK from the Boys. While in this World everything is about the Supes, so they basically just made a Vought figting game to keep in line with the world. I guess Sage just has her own agenda going on, like she manipulated the deep before, when she told him that Ashley couldn't talk down to him, that he was better than her. So i think this is the next step. I doubt that she is into him.
