Yeah Phenex Sister seems to have a thing for Issei since his Fight against Riser. Because when Issei gave Riser the final Blow the Sister appeared infront of Riser to protect him from Issei doing any more dmg to him. Issei reached his fist out and said "If you have complaints, come at me! I'm always willing to take you on!" The Sister then blushed and that basically concluded the fight. So I guess Issei's determination made her fall in love with him. And now she is somewhat of a Tsundere.

2024-05-23 05:01:50 Hey Joe just a heads up but episodes 9-12 of this season are basically anime only filler cuz the studio changed it. The author didn’t like how much they changed this season so they switched studios for season 4. So when you get to those episodes keep in mind the last few episodes are filler and episode 0 of season 4 shows what was actually supposed to happen for that part of the story. Also the OVA after this season is 100% canon and important for season 4

I’m wondering why aren’t you watching it on Crunchyroll since it’s uncensored on the platform also English Dub has all the uncensored versions for DxD including S4 the sub version should have the uncensored version for S4 the now because in the past it was censored.
