To answer some of your questions, without spoiling stuff: 1) That scene from the opening - person with weird eye that you paused on - has not been part of this season yet. It stands to reason that we'll get this later. 2) The sisters both agree here to follow Makotos directions with regards to Kaleneon. Kaleneon is part of a former hyuman kingdom that was destroyed by the demons relatively recently. The sisters both escaped from there and Eva - the older one - has offered him all rights that her family of nobles originally held in that land if he manages to retake it from the demons. Makoto wants the place in order to stabilize the seasons in the Demiplane. 3) You were wondering whether getting into the Demiplane might be part of Rona's plans. At this point in time, nothing suggests that anyone outside of the members of the Kuzunoha Company knows anything about the Demiplane. Luto might have an idea about its existence, since he has rudimentary knowledge of Tomoes powers, but he probably has no clue about the actual scope of it. The only foreign people to have entered the Demiplane are adventurers from Tsige, who think it's a hidden city deep in the wasteland. 4) You were wondering whether Rona thinks of herself as stronger than the Dragons (including Tomoe). On that note, there's a decent chance that she has no knowledge of who Tomoe really is. Rona probably still thinks that Shiki is possessed by a Lich, instead of being a former Lich. (She warned Makoto about that before) It stands to reason that she has no clue just how powerful the Kuzunoha Company actually is. 5) That small mouth on the monsters arm appeared after he ate someone. No clue whether he actually takes in their souls or essences or whether it was just a stylistic choice, but it seemed neat. 6) Something that I found cute: The ending animation actually has most of the monstrosities dancing around in chibi-style.
