I would like to say that storm is easily the most powerful X-Men outside of Phoenix Force Jean but you can debate who can win that fight, She is Omega level (Highest level) and has infinite potential, also she is literally a goddess, like an actual god of Wakanda. She can control any aspect of weather you can think of (and I mean any) on a molecular level, like earth’s magnetic field because it influences the weather, including solar winds or cosmic storms, she is not limited to earth as she can control all types of weather in the universe or even different dimensions if she’s there. Storm can also change her vision to see energy patterns, detecting the flow of kinetic, thermal and electromagnetic energy behind weather phenomena and can bend this energy to her will.
