I’m confused. If Saekano is a once a week Wednesday upload. How we end up with only a single episode on a Thursday

Actually I don't see the porblem of watching Ep.0 first before Season 1 begins (I also started with Ep.0 when I first watched). Yes It's set to be an OVA, but Maruto Fumiaki (the author of the LN) did worte the scripts for the episode so it acts as an brief introduction to all characters and their relations without spoiler to what is gonna happen in season 1 main stories. The "characters intro in natural conversation" they mentioned in the train scene is also a point. Our boy starting with "boring monologue intro of characters and background" and Utaha told him to "casually slipping the story setup into conversation", That's actually what the anime doing to us through the whole episode. Instead of presenting all the characters one by one, they start with a lot of conversation and slipped in all the necessary setting. For the next OVA (season 2 ep.0), I will also suggest watching it before watching season 2 as it didn't really matching the mood of season 2 ending. The OVA2 supposed to be happening between s1 and s2.

btw, the **O is the bedroom scene stands for BPO, a Japan organization named Broadcasting Ethics & Program Improvement Organization. So basically he is saying if you keep going on the next step the show might got banned LOL
