It's not as simple as putting her head on. You'd need a specialist to fix her Life Seal (assuming the Soul is still intact & recoverable, if it's already gone you rly wouldn't be able to do anything but a wholeass new Life Seal using an entirely new core & all that) for starters. I think I read in the synopsis that since there used to be like 3-4 big boi Minian kingdoms who decided to unite when the True Demon Lord started to boogaloo, but since all but the Central Kingdom (i.e Aureatia) got annihilated Royal Families & all by the True Demon Lord, this pretty much only leaves Sephite alive, so she by default has to take over the Ruler slot because literally everyone else got the clap, hence why the 29 Officials are rn in de facto charge until she grows old enough to take over the running etc

I think that Shalk didn't make enough of impact on the battlefield in Lithia, since he dodged the fight against Soujinrou and he didn't make a direct contact with the Aureatian army, so that he wasn't being considered as a shura. (Shura typically means someone who is a warrior in Japanese, which derived from Asura in Buddhism as a race of warlike demi-gods, and Ishura should've meant a "warrior anomaly/ odd warrior", as isekai meant a "different world/ odd world".)

Yeah, Alus is not the hero type. He just cares about himself and anyone in his very small circle of homies. He just does his thing, he does what he wants. Kia is practically God, and has the power to EASILY take over the world and be at the very top and rule over everything. Lucky for everyone, she's actually innocent af. She just wants to help ppl. She cares about everyone, even strangers. She's so pure and innocent, also a bit naive. Good traits for someone with her power.
