Yor/Loid - closeups + process (Patreon)

Tell you what, I'm looking forward to drawing Tae Takemi floating in the void... drawing a background, though was fun, added so much more time to the process 😭 Nevertheless I really do love adding context to the piece, makes it more of a still from a scene rather than a concept.

Also, tried out a new process for the lighting and I can't say whether or not I enjoyed it. It helped keep the values clear but idk, it meant that the colours felt a bit of an afterthought rather than an integral part of the process. I might do a hybrid of this process in the future. Still learning!
