sorry for the delay, I know it took me one more day, but I finally finished it.

first of all there are 2 scenes that I didn't anime because of lack of time and also because the video was already too long:

1) scene of Issei and Rias at the bar, and then Issei invites her to a fancy restaurant he rented so they could be completely alone.

2) scene of Rias signing Meiko's contract, and then Yukino gives her the antidote to cure Issei.

we approach the final part of the story, and then just missing 2 more parts, maximo 3 parts

I know I've already said it to exhaustion, but this is a non-canonical ending or alternate ending (sorry, there are some who ask if this is canonical), so don't expect a happy ending, because Fubuki is not there to save them.
