Problems uploading the video (Patreon)

the video is ready, but there are serious problems

I have been trying to upload the video to patreon, but for some reason it does not recognize the video link, I even tried with different links and the problem to be with the vimeo links

Not only that, the creator's page never loads, I really don't know what is going on, but I hope it will be solved soon
