Lyric’s Inspection (Patreon)

Lyric has been renting out a house and she has to make monthly inspections to make sure the tenants are taking care of her property. She never comes over unannounced though and has set up an appointment to meet with the tenants. Only thing is when she gets there they aren’t home. She decides to inspect the home anyway unaware that all the tenants and their friends are at her feet trying to get her help.
