The boys were terrified at their new size. Even more so when they heard the door front door open. It was Ms. Brown, the neighbor. She must have heard the noise of the shrinking machine and was coming over to make sure everything was okay. Seth ran out from under the table. “Ms. Brown!! We’re down here! Please you gotta help us.” Jeff was still under the table and was terrified. He closed his eyes as he heard the approaching footsteps. Ms. Brown continued walking, clearly not hearing Seth, who continued to try getting her attention. That was, until her foot headed straight for him. He screamed and a second later he was gone. “Hello, is anybody home?” Said Ms. Brown as she looked around, unaware that she had just crushed one of her neighbors.
