Hi guys!

In the patch that we just published we mainly focused on improving stability. We adjusted the game flow and some critical bugs that broke progression. Everything feels much more solid but we will continue working on this these next few days.

In the next patch we'll complete the content of this update and activate the savegame module. We'll also start implementing the ingame UI. Right now is practically disabled witch generates navigation issues as they give no visual feedback to the player and make it very easy to get lost. This also causes every player input to feel flat and lifeless.

The game as it is now has cut almost entirely the “point & click” elements when in reality these will be the basis of the gameplay, rather than the “visual novel” mechanics. We will be activating this little by little but the idea is that before the next big update this will be mostly working.

Years ago when I was following the development of Subnautica in Steam I saw how its developers used a Trello board to keep the community aware of their tasks. We have been testing it and I think it is a good option to let you follow the development more directly.

Early next week we'll post the link to our Task Schedule regarding this "small" patches as a test and if all goes well we will do the same for the big updates.

This is the worst state you will see the game in. From here we will be improving it fast. Our first goal is to get to a solid foundation in terms of gameplay mechanics and stability from which to start bulding content. It won't take long.

Much Love!

EB
