Taemin does love to be loved doesn’t he! 🥰 I love that he is so honest about it. The show was during 2013 so Taemin was 20 and he really did mature over that year just think of the difference between dream girl and everybody mvs there was a huge difference in the air about him. He really came into his adulthood I think. As for when the show ends most of the time the couples just kinda move on like nothing happened from what I remember, the fans would point it out when they were together but the couples were mostly blasé about it. As for Taemin and Naeun because they were so young and didn’t really have that kind of life experience behind them it quite publicly affected them after the show was over. 😔 They avoid each other to this day and it’s sad cause you can tell they really bonded (weather it was romantically or not) and neither has a huge circle of friends it would have been nice to remain at least acquaintances or casual friends but the crazy shippers have to ruin it for everybody 😒

Yes, I'm not a fan of dating shows for that reason: people get emotionally invested and then it's back to normal. For Idols, this is a job and they don't see each other as often as they might were it not a scripted show. I understand the end is abrupt but it looks like Taemin will get his wish. (He wants to be Naeun's first love.) Unfortunately, my friends tell me that toxic fans tried to ruin everything. Hopefully, they are still secretly friends. I'm glad they are at least having a "dating" experience before they go on with their careers. I remember smiling at the SuperM members on As You Wish because they would giggle and hoot whenever one if them would touch a girl (woman) for a scene in the mini dramas.
