Since you’ve watched IU’s music videos from 2021, 2020 and 2019, maybe we should now go back to 2018 . She released a digital single “BBIBBI” on the 10th of October for her 10th debut anniversary. You really liked this one from the Dingo Killing Voice video. MV: https://youtu.be/nM0xDI5R50E Concert Stage Mix: https://youtu.be/jiCgBhlJPDc IU TV MV Making: https://youtu.be/I9cwrbIPKbg

For a little bit of background info, IU conveyed several meanings through the word BBIBBI. It’s an onomatopoeia of a car horn in Korea but also a reference to the fictional character, PiPi Longstocking (because PiPi is written as Bbibbi in Korean). If you read the lyrics of this song, you’ll get why IU made a reference to both a car horn and PiPi Longstocking. IU likes writing her own album introduction and she had a very simple and concise introduction for this single. “Hello everyone. Don’t worry about me. I’ll always come out on top”. This is a quote from PiPi Longstocking. I won’t make any further comments about IU’s intentions behind the song that she spoke about cuz I love listening to your analysis based on your opinion and knowledge.

You are right, all Uaena like thinking what IU would like to express in lyrics , MV and even some interviews on official fans cafe and magazine. More you understand about her and her thinking , more you will love her and appreciate what she did. This interaction between Uaena and her is really funny and attractive.

Transition, movement, register shift, facial expressions, vocal placement, . Regardless I am a big fan, I always wonder how she makes all on right timing and effortlessly induce audiences’ motions. Is that all by training or a talent must? Torsie, I would like to hear your kindly comments. Thanks a lots.
