I thought of a question last week that I'll paste in here, just to be on the safe side. Hey, a thing in the Railway Children week 10 commentary made me think of a different thing in a different commentary which prompts this question: how did plans for the Nick/Virginia romance evolve with time? Specifically, I would have assumed that the intention had always been for them to eventually pair up, so I was surprised to read someplace in one of those commentaries that *wasn't* the plan from the beginning.
