Hello!!!

A new year is starting and I finally finished the Cross Set.

This set was inspired by Muxarabi, a type of woodwork very present in Brasilian colonial architecture. This pattern inspired the creation of the Cobogó, a concrete element used as a window similar to the one in the Jungle adventure Game pack.

As this set uses a lot of wood, I knew that I would need to improve my knowledge of creating wood textures. I spent almost a month just learning procedural textures and adjusting the gradient color filters to match most of the game wood tones. More than 20 new maxis match wood patterns were created for me to choose just one and I created a maxis match marble texture so beautiful that I decided to use it on this set too.

Another thing that I improved with this set was my knowledge about slots. Now I can rotate and create new slot types. You will probably see a lot of it on my next sets.
