BTW guys, sorry for the slow update on this one. I haven't been idle though, but reworking all of the previous pages after I updated my halftone-making methods, which changed entirely the shading/filling process.

I do not recommend downloading these pages from the posts. Please wait for the pack compilation, where all pages will be brought together and updated to the same "tech" level.

The wavy "moiré" pattern in the first panel is lovely. Did you create it by superimposing two or more halftone layers? Or is it just a different option? I'm always interested in the technical stuff. >\\\<

(sorry I'm late seeing this!!) It's great to hear you're interested in the technical details. All my halftones are created in Photoshop, using either the basic Halftone (B&W) or Color Halftone, from where I pick one of the RGB channels. That one you asked about in particular, was altered using a pass of distortion filters (I think it was "Wave", set to very low values). The key is experimenting with subtle effects : )
