Waifu Reward #102 + some tier adjustments (Patreon)

I've decided to make the more nsfw waifu-rewards into Tier 3 stuff from now on. Always before (except special occasions) the Waifu Rewards were open for all Tiers, regardless of their N//SFW gradation. That made sense at the start, when waifus were added from lower tiers too, but it doesn't have a reason to remain that way in the present shape of Tiers.

So now that we've entered the hundred order of waifu arts, I felt it's time to update things a little. And this also gathers ALL of the nsfw work into Tier3, which is closer to my original plan.

On the other hand, because they're usually fanart, waifus are also good material for me to promote my work out there (I trust you don't need me to explain why that is important for any artist, even an introverted one as myself :'D) so I cannot promise to lock every new Waifu Reward as 'exclusive to T3' permanently, naughty or not –that's a role that is reserved to my own OC's in their more nsfw side.

TL;DR. Summed up: it'll go like this, for every new Waifu Reward.
> If the art is SFW, it'll be posted on Patreon first, for all Tiers as usual.
> If the art is NSFW (as this one) it'll be posted on Patreon first, for Tier3 (and Max) only.

Eventually, some time after (if ever) I could post some of them in public, as I always did. So if you prefer, see these nsfw Waifu Rewards as an "early access" benefit on Tier3.

On the whole, you won't notice anything different as a Tier3 contributor. But since I'm changing the terms around things and on the other Tiers, I just want to be all the transparent I can about it, for all of you. : )
