I ended up spending the weekend with family, so I couldn't finish it on Saturday as promised. Sorry about that, guys.

I suppose not everyone knows who or what she is... Bogue is a ship-girl from Azur Lane, more specifically a light carrier of the Eagle Union based on a historical American carrier from WW2. This is her "retrofitted" version (think of it as a skin variation, with improved stats)... and THAT skirt is the reason why this art was made. Simple! :'D
